Day 13- Market and City Park

Not much to report today . . . . . .  took another trip on the subway . . . . .  this time to see the fish and dry foods market and do a little shopping.

The girls getting a lesson on buying subway tokens.

We are actually getting really good at this!

 Dried Fish . . . . Figs and Nuts!

Wow!  Hard to believe all that fit on a bike!

Uncle Zhou teaching the girls about dried mushrooms.

Mo-She says . . . . who cares about fish and nuts . . . . these toys are nice!

These two are becoming best friends!

On the way home from the market we stopped at a beautiful city park.

We ran into these two guys on Hoverboards and they offered to let Ken try one out!

 Getting a quick lesson. . . . .

Looking good before the wipe out!  Ouch!  Thanks goodness nothing got broken!

We are so thankful for Uncle Zhou helping us bring
our 3 children home from China!
He told us that he has assisted over 1200 adoptions working for EAC!

We had another great day.  We ended it with a group dinner at Lucy's then a walk by the Pearl River.   The girls loved seeing all the lights on the river.  We are all looking forward to our U.S. Consulate appointment tomorrow which will be the last step on our adoption journey!

Good Night from China!

  1. That market sure had a lot of dried fish... and other things. The park looks beautiful... all the bushes carved into things. Way to go Uncle Zhou! Helping with all those adoptions. I love the picture with him, Shu, Jie and Mo-She!
