Day 16- Hong Kong Disneyland!

This will be a very short post!  Everyone is in bed after a very long day at the park and an even longer evening packing and getting ready for our long plane ride home in the morning!  Ken and Shu Shu are both not feeling well.  It is so disappointing that they would get sick our last day when we all had such good health the entire trip!  We could use some prayer for both of them!  It's such a long trip home when you are feeling well so when you are not it makes it even harder.  Thanks in advance for everyone who is lifting them up in prayer right now!

We started our day with a breakfast at Chef Mickey's.  It's the first time Mo-She would be seeing any characters so we didn't know how he would react!  He was a little unsure at first but didn't take much time at all to warm up to Mickey!

If you are a Harp . . . . you have to like Mickey Mouse!

We cannot believe we are at Disneyland in Hong Kong!

 Trying out his new shades!

Wasn't sure about Goofy . . . . thought if he stayed low it would be OK to take a picture!

View from Tarzan's Treehouse.  This park was just beautiful  with the Hong Kong mountains all around it!

Don't fall Shu Shu and Jie Jie!

Waiting patiently with his big sisters!

First Tea Cup ride!

He met a friend who had the same shirt as he did!

Everyone had a great day and we were so thankful we took the time to visit Hong Kong Disney while we were on this side of the world!  We weren't sure if it would be a good idea or not knowing that Mo-She was just getting adjusted to being with us.  He had no trouble at all today and loves Disney just as much as the rest of the Harp family!

Good Night from Hong Kong! . . . . . See ya Real Soon in Elyria Ohio!

Day 15- Hong Kong

Our driver picked us up at the Victory Hotel and drove us to downtown Guangzhou to meet Uncle Zhou for our Visa.   Thankfully everything went as planned and the Visa was ready when we arrived. We said our good-byes and thanked Zhou for everything he did to make our trip such a success.
Mo-She was having a hard time in the van for some reason so it was good for him to see Zhou one more time and talk to him before we went on our long drive to Hong Kong.  We are going to miss not having Zhou around to interpret for us!

Our Visa and very important immigration paperwork needed to travel home with Mo-She!

Saying "Good-bye" to Uncle Zhou!  It's so nice we live near EAC so Mo-She will get to see him again soon!

Our drive to Hong Kong took about 4 hours as planned (5 hours if you count the hour from the Victory Hotel to meet Zhou downtown!).  The kids did great and never complained or asked to go to the bathroom the whole trip!  It's amazing how long you can drive without stopping when you don't have that option!  Our driver did not speak any English so I don't think we could have stopped if we wanted to!  We had to change vans right before the border of Hong Kong and met our second driver who also did not speak any English!  We had to totally trust that these men were taking us where we needed to go and were so relieved when we finally pulled into the Hollywood Disney Resort!

We decided to make the most of our lay over in Hong Kong and take the kids to Hong Kong Disney!  It will be a nice break before our long plane ride back to the states!

As always Disney does not disappoint!  This place is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!

Waiting for Daddy to check us in!

Mo-She loves pushing elevator buttons!

Good Night from Hong Kong!
